Aura Cars is good service and friendly

I was very happy with all services aura cars offered they were friendly fast and very efficient and had great communication I have already told other friends and family members about how awesome aura cars service is and I highly recommend Aura cars to everyone

It was busy the day I was there to get my car, and Manu and the team were very helpful and quick with getting us all seen and our paperwork sorted! I loved how Manu explained everything in detail to me and answered all my questions to where I was in an understanding, and I also loved how they didn't mind my 2 children running around just being kids, my overall experience made me very comfortable. I can't recommend and thank them enough they were amazing!

The staff at Aura Cars did an amazing job , going above and beyond to help me and my partner purchase a car. we all know how hard it is to get a car when you have loans that you are currently paying off but the Aura car staff members helped us very much with this & we are extremely grateful for that! would definitely recommend to others.

Overall, the experience we had was beyond exceptional. A rather hot day, we were offered ice cold drinks and our little boy was offered a snack. The super friendly team went out of their way to get us into our new car (as it was almost closing time) and never rushed us at all. We are super happy with our new car, and can't recommend the team at Aura Cars highly enough.

The ‘brothers’ at Aura Cars were very hospitable! I was so nervous about getting my first car, that would be perfect for me and my 2 kids. The Mitsubishi Outlander was just that. For a reasonable price, spacious, reliable, low kms and good on gas (I travelled around Auckland after receiving the car WITH A FULL TANK ON THEM, and travelled the next day to Napier, and still had 1/2 of tank the very next day after that.) I felt very comfortable and well looked after. I was approved and had the keys to the car within 48 hours. 100% recommend Aura Cars if you’re trying to find your first car, or wanting to find a different vehicle. I was approved on a benefit, learner license and at the age of 19!!!

Awesome custermer service really good people

The welcoming from Manu was good despite the bad weather manu had made us feel at home. Even got us butter chicken for lunch was very nice. I have reccomend aura car ltd to my friends also
