I knew Aura cars by chance, and left with a new car. I was looking for a reliable vehicle within my tight budget, and Sandeep and team assisted me in finding it in less than 2 hours. I'm very happy with the service provided, the kindness of the team, and the help in making the process smoother. As a person who doesn't know much about cars, and who was also very nervous trying to remember which things to ask and look for when trying the car, I feel at ease when I saw how they didn't treat me condescendingly or arrogantly, as it happened to me in other dealerships; instead, they answered all my questions with professionalism. I'm grateful for the Aura Cars team and all the help they provided. I'm happy with my car and would definitely recommend it.
